My best friends birthday was yesterday and she LOVES sushi! For her birthday cake I made her sushi cake pops! It was red velvet cake dipped in white chocolate. The black wrap is fondant, the "rice" is white pearl sprinkles, and the "meat" is m&m's and candy sprinkles! Happy Birthday!!
